Yamal LNG is expected to ship first two LNG batches in November
Four batches more are scheduled for December, with up to 10 LNG tankers to be accepted by the Port of Sabetta monthly in 2018.
Deputy CEO of Yamal LNG Nikolay Dorzheyev has informed that the commissioning of first liquefaction train in Sabetta is scheduled for November as well.
As reported, the LNG will be imported from the seaport of Sabetta. November will feature two shipments, whereas December will feature four batches. The outlook for 2018 implies 10 LNG takers per month. One cargo loading will be executed within 17-18 hours.
Yamal LNG carries out the project for the construction реof LNG facility as of 16,5 mtpa based on the South Tambey field resource base. Almost overall LNG is already contracted, accounting for 96%. The key LNG customers will be the APR countries totalling 86% of all contracts signed.
Yamal LNG shareholders include Novatek (50,1%), Total (20%), CNPC (20%), and Silk Road Fund (9,9%).
