Head of the Energy Ministry has announced the following perspective development priorities for the Russian oil and gas industry: developing the Arctic and Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District, improving the oil and gas infrastructure, as well as boosting the LNG production. As reported by Alexander Novak, Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, Russia is capable of increasing LNG production 8-fold before 2040, by means of building up its market share from 5% to 15%.

Igor Kopsov is a post graduate from the Moscow University of Civil Engineering. He started his career as a subsea design engineer at J.P.Kenny in Aberdeen and later moved to Ugland Offshore in Norway. In 1996 he joined TechnipFMC and been with it ever science, occupying positions of installation engineer, engineering project manager and tender manager. During last few years he has been working as a Region manager for Russia and Kazakhstan. Igor is an active participant of international conferences. His interests, covering a wide range of subjects, have been addressed in many articles he published on psychology, fatigue, fracture mechanics, installation of subsea equipment and execution of Arctic projects.

Brief bio: In 2007, Anna graduated from Gubkin university of oil and gas, Engineering mechanics faculty. In 2010 she defended a thesis on “Improving the regulatory framework for Russian offshore deposits riser systems”. She is the author (co-author) of over 10 scientific publications. Anna Mitereva delivered reports at more than five panel conferences, including international ones (RAO/SIC Offshore, ROOGD). Her professional experience in the gas industry started in 2007. First she occupied the position of junior fellow at Laboratory for offshore projects development, Gazprom VNIIGAZ, then, since 2010 worked as Chief Specialist of Offshore field development department at CKBN Gazprom. Since 2016, she holds the position of Deputy Head of Laboratory for offshore projects inspection and regulation, Gazprom VNIIGAZ.
